I was thinking they could build an electrical plant fueled by coal to fire up the hydraulics to get the blades spinning just to power 38 homes. Not cost effective but sure would be nice to see just 1 of those $300,000 green wind turbines spinning.
Gee... These "green" inventions are not very good and sustainable in all types of weather conditions. They obviously need to find a better solution to keep the turbines spinning.
