Good luck in that Odie. In my past I was a co-owner of a small business and I would not want to deal with these new rules.

Here in England we begin the New Year with 2 hikes in fuel taxes, one on fuel itself and another on the general sales tax (VAT).
As for next years wars I don't much care about what goes on in loopy hellholes like Côte d'Ivoire  or those other places except for Mexico which is Americas problem and Pakistan which, as your link says, has been more or less permenantly  in crisis since being granted independence in 1947.
