I would advise this neighborhood to get armed and fast if they are not already as this sounds to me these shooters were ridding themselves of natural home alarm system's. Criminals are industrious as they can disarm almost any home alarm system but the only way to disarm a dog is to well,,,,,,,,,,,,,
These shooter's will eventually have to meet their maker and I would prefer as a taxpayer that that meeting be accomplished with a bullet between their eyes from a legal gun owner whose dog was gunned down.
Indeed, what goes around comes around.

How do you know that the dogs were not terrorizing the neighborhood?
Nicolas, Did you bother to watch and listen to the news story at all?
My guess is that you did not given your comment. If you had you would have heard it was teenagers with guns that are the ones terrorizing this neighborhood.
