As the current financial "crisis" continues and all assume it will be avoided by August 2nd or there abouts our Nation will still suffer and suffocate under the current regime and this will not at all put confidence in business owners due to regulations put upon them.
All these new regulations really equate to hidden taxes or "unfunded mandates" on business and most informed folk's know full well what two major things happen when this occurs;
1) The business's of all sizes and industries pass on those higher taxes or cost of new "regulation's" to the consumer be it individuals or other business's and
2) When the cost of doing and or operating a business rise they cease to do any hiring of new worker's and most likely will begin a new round of layoff's.
Even if this so-called "crisis" is averted we will not be out of the wood's of a dangerous financial forest until we stop all the culprits such as Green Peace, Van Jones and Al Gore with his ilk from lobbying against American interest's and that is people working to support their families.

Being a small business owner I won't hire employees EVER! As a Mom and Pop business we're able to avoid the major problems that liberals put in businesses way. "They wake up each morning knowing that Government is the answer, They just haven't figured out the question." (From Mr. Newt)
You've nailed it. This is why those greedy rich people are sitting on all that money. Would you put your money in a rigged game? Or a game where your odds of success shrank by the day?
Keep the dream alive Odie!
Exactly Silver. I just would not term them "greedy" but rather, at least to this point, successful. One might assume your use of the term as being sarcastic though.
PS, If anyone hasn't heard, there is a lot of money out of country that wants to come back, but not at these tax rates. All big business is multi-national and they are all hiding money out of the country. How's that workin.
Not to mention taxing the rich, which the vast majority are products and services providers, means that they will pass those increases to you as soon as competition alows. The Rich don't pay tax.
Red tape and taxes, are killing small business, and driving big business out of the country.
Kid, I did read that interview as well as Steve Wynn' and totally agree that this is being done by design.
However I also believe that lower level democrats (not socialist liberals) in congress (the ones who never get on talking-head shows) have no clue as to what all this means and those are the ones we have to get through to as well as their constituents.
Keep on telling it Kid and if they do not believe it tell them to go shopping for groceries or anything really and pay attention.
Not to mention Unions,,,,,,,,,,,(Had to throw that in,,,)
The Home Depot CEO had a few things to say about all this last week, didn't he
Hey C, this site looks great man... nice upgrade!
He sure did James as Kid also mentioned but apparently only those business people that are in the energy industry and contribute to Obamas coffers are the ones that have his ear.
Thanks for the compliment 8-)
There are some number of useful tools there no doubt.
It goes with Eugene Robinson's call for a "Big idea" for a democrat talking point; "Job's, job's, job's".
Not that that is new at all,,duh,,but we need to expalin reality to them if that is indeed what they seek.
