The caption on the picture is a tad misleading in that what Obama has achieved thus far in damaging the country as bad as he has, it can and will get worse so long as he remains in office. So no, his work is not done, not by a long shot.
When this actually starts to hit all of us, and no one individual or company will go untouched by this in the U.S. let alone worldwide by rising cost's or better said inflation we can expect much unrest as most of us have never been witness too previously.
Be sure to thank a liberal and yes a RINO if you encounter either say in the breadline for their fine choice in "leadership".

The Tea Party said this would happen. The Obama admin. said it wouldn't. How can anyone be so wrong so often and still have people believing in him? Let's watch the president and Democratic Party go after S&P rahter then fix the problem. Guns, gold and bullets will be flying off the shelves.
The House has done more then their "fair share" of passing legislation on the debt ceiling issue. But the Senate and veto threats by the President got in the way of REAL reductions. Lay the AA+ at their feet!
So that hope thing we were promised turned out to be that now the dollar is now just chump change.
What worries me the most is that the Keynesian solution is to take us to war, major war.

Mark,,I agree but we cannot forget the last congress (House and Senate) who for (4) years of socialist liberal control not only started this downfall (housing) but also rubber-stamped along with bribery every spending Obama wanted to and including Obamacare.
The 1st two years of Obama brought us to the debt ceiling (money allocated but not available, hence raising the ceiling to borrow). Now of course you mention presidential veto which was not used when it should have been and why I still lay this at Obamas feet, as then Pres. Harry Truman said quite rightly I might add "The buck stops here".
That quote as you and other thinkers would know did not mean spending or not but rather who holds the pen.

The "change" that was promised is also now more than evident even to the most casual of observer's.
People liken this to modern day Greece but I look further back in history to that of ancient Rome. No we are not an empire but in falling the parallels are very disturbing.
Trestin, I agree as with all past world economic downturns the result has always been war on a massive scale.
I mention below to Jaded about the fall of the Roman Empire, if one really studies it they would see it had really not much to do with the Barbarians at the gates so-to-speak but rather the Romans themselves.

Kid,,I and others see the very same and have also stated it.
At the same time I and those conservatives I personally know get very angry at Rush, Hannity, Medved, Prager, Gallager, Hewitt et al when they deny this very obvious pattern.
Although I do not "follow" Glenn Beck I will state that he is the only one to come out and say this with facts to back it up as in connections, one after another, dating back decades.
The others mentioned do not need to emulate Becks theatrics but for Gods sake take the info and "redistribute" it !!!!
