Time for a Break (I believe in the 110%)

After two years (Oct. 24, 2011) of blogging and my work schedule not letting-up one iota I find myself needing a long overdue absence from posting.

As most of you who blog know it takes time, effort, research and yes thought to put together a decent post that others may find of interest or enjoy whether or not they may agree with it and in my case the dilemma is time.

This is not to say my presence on your blogs themselves in comment form will be absent as I enjoy them all. In fact, my taking a break from posting myself will give me the opportunity to comment more being I read allot of your work, but due to time constraints I refrain from commenting all too often usually because someone has covered to some extent what I might have said. That is not meant to excuse myself from refraining but rather to point out again the time.

This fiscal year until election day 2012 is going to be a very bumpy ride so I do not see my "Gone Fishing" sign being up very long but I just need to recharge the batteries so-to-speak.

Hold down the fort, keep up the good fight (and it is a fight) and above all keep your heads high as those of you on the right are on the right side of history on either side of the pond!

By the by, THANK YOU OHIO ON ISSUE 3 !   66% !

To Obama, the "left" and "#occupy":

You got another thing coming,,,,,,

[I could not help that, HUGE Judas Priest fan here and the meaning fits- "JP" fans know]

On another serious note I wish all of our U.S. Veterans and standing Military along with their families a sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU!

A favorite salute of mine (blogging that is) to you all,,,,(Sure it is cerimonial but one just has to love the U.S. Navy on this!) If my UK friends may notice (the British Military and Commonwealth might) the U.S. Navy gives a tip of the hat to ya'all with a hint at the Queen Anne Salute in this as well,,,,,

A final thought: My Dad always stated and meant that if I was right he would back me 110%, but if I was to be wrong he would come down on my ass 110% to and including me (if not hospitalised) be in prison.

I still live my life with my Dad's promise and it has served me well. Thanks Dad for being 110% !

Dang I didunt know dat, does make sense tho.

I much prefer to read others thoughts and comments rather than sit down on a regular basis and express mine. I've learned alot from reading your writing and want to thank you for all the effort you have put into a fine blog.

Will miss you "Drummer Boy" and hope it is a short hiatus.

Still praying you overcome the smokin thing.

Every post I make from here on out, until your return, will have a Christopher-Conservative Perspective imbedded in to it's thought process.
See ya on the flip side, bud.

The blogosphere is going to be hideous as we get closer and closer to the November 2012 election.

Christopher,

Enjoy the break. Evil will still be waiting fro you when you return. Like AOW said, as we get closer to the 2012 election, things will get uglier.

See ya when you return, Christopher.

We'll miss you Christopher and I personally can identify with the not enough time in a day problem. As you know, I'm not posting near as much as I was and all because of time restraints. Take care and I'll be looking forward to your return.

Christopher, I'll miss ya. Take care of business and as long as you want but of course.

btw- I had fun voting and being part of that 66%. I was never optimistic that SB5 would hold up. I think Kasich over-reached now. If he'd have gone for the teachers union first and saved the rest for later, it might have flown, but the entire union machine in America worked this issue in Ohio. The misinformation on it would stun you. I believe every member of any union in Ohio who was alive, and some who aren't, went out to vote against it.
Though on the other side of that coin is now they're going to be dealing with lay-offs. Hopefully.
