Most who may view these may indeed already realize what lies ahead should the supremes fail in their constitutional role in striking down this monstrosity known as Obamacare, but I ask that you share these videos with those who you suspect are still as yet willing to see a 2nd term for Obama.
These are separate issues so to speak when viewed as such, but one has to use the faculties that God has given to see that they are indeed intertwined so as to be viewed as a whole. When viewed in that context one can see the absolute devastation heading our way should the supremes or the voting public fail this year.

After viewing the video on the impact to business it becomes crystal clear how Obama"care" is destroying jobs right now. The man owns a restaurant in which he currently only covers his managers, his most valuable workers while he has to balance his books pay all debts and expenses and salaries in a recession. Yet he has to project his costs ahead, not just for this year but the next and the next. Whether it be in cost of labor, regulations, compliance and any contingencies that may come up. Now how is he supposed to hire more people, especially in this economy? He will be forced to pay for ALL of his employees and rather than hire and invest in what he believed was HIS enterprise, he will be sending his money to bureaucrats who have no right under the commerce clause or any other to force Americans to engage in commerce in which they do not deem to do so of their own volition! Now imagine the impact across the nation to all business today who must now make projections for the thousands upon thousands which it will cost them for each employee that they now have, this is a great disruption to the economy and it is not consistent with the American constitution. It will not "fix" or improve the reality of the doctor patient ratios but will only introduce rationing more centralization inefficiency and diminish what America can be producing.

Obamacare is a catch 22. As a business you have to either scale back dramatically, or raise your price dramatically.
It's a no brainer. Repeal and find unconstitutional. More emphasis on find unconstitutional, for if it is deemed constitutional, but repealed, the ruling still stands and the Feds can make you participate in commerce of their own free will (through legislation), and totally against your own will.

I would only differ on your comment (which is great one) a tad in that employers will DROP all their insurance enrollees from coverage being the fine for NOT COVERING them is actually cheaper than doing so.
That is the major point most people working (mainly small unionized companies) have no understanding of.
Either way, a bad deal to be sure.

Well stated and agreed my friend.
The legal term escapes me right now but it basically says that if it is not applied to a piece of legislation, which has been reported that it was not with Obamacare, then if one part of the legislation is deemed unlawful and or unconstitutional then the whole bill is deemed as such which is what I believe you are basically eluding to.
If you or anyone can remind me of this term I speak of, please do as it is very important for all to know regarding this issue.
