Well all but the official nomination seems to be sealed, Mitt Romney looks to be the GOP nominee for POTUS this time around , that is barring a brokered convention with what would have to be a reborn Ronald Reagan that would steal both the votes and money away from Romney at this point. Remember, when I say steal those away I am not only referring to the convention but also the entire Nation.
I must say his Tuesday victory speech of sweeping the 5-State primaries was pretty good though,,,
I think he hit the right points that most Americans now (or finally) realize and did so by reminding all of just who we are - Americans, and did so honestly and refreshingly for a GOP presidential candidate about who we are not - people like Obama and the socialist democrats and the "direction" they are taking us in.
Any who are aware of this bloggers stance would know I am not exactly pleased at this juncture for numerous reasons but must also know I live in Realville (h/t to Rush Limbaugh) and can see the writing on the wall, Romney will get the nod.
If that is what is to be then we must continue to push and work very hard for every conservative running for a U.S. Representative seat in the House and the same for the U.S. Senate in every State to hold Romney's feet to the fire.
If this Nation can indeed "hold on a little longer" until November 6th, 2012 (actually January 20th, 2013) then we might, just might, be able to save her.
If not, God help us all.

Damn, I really hate loosing. It's almost time to get on the Romney bandwagon. We are all going to have to you know.
Well Odie IMHO we lost awhile back with no conservatives left running.
That aside however leaves little choice but to do as you suggest as the main goal remains; remove Obama from the White House and socialist democrats from Congress.
I for one will get behind him and give him all the support I can.
This election is too important to not be involved.
I think that Mitt will make a fine President. And I like his message so far. He may aome make conservatives unhappy, but they must remember what happened during the 2008 election. Look what we got!.
WE must say Sayonara to Obama
TDDW,,,
I have to agree on all counts. But I will add that I wish Romney whom I consider a RINO grasps the conservative (read Constitutionalist) message sweeping the landscape and actually lead as one, as opposed to GW who campaigned as conservative but lead as a RINO in most regards.
If the choice is between Obama and Romney, I have no choice but to get behind Romney.
At the rate the economy is going, Romney should be able to pull off a victory -- albeit a close one.
The next person who writes that that Maggot Obama is likable and is good for America is going to hear from moi!
He is a petulant, arrogant, low class anti american anti Semitic thug who fooled a lot of well free-loading, hand-out grubbing, koolaide-drinking lazy blind idiots, pushed in by a liberal biased press and was and will be voted for by blacks who are still on the plantation, socialists and communists who want him to forward their agenda and power hungry sycophants.. The sooner they are gone, the better it will be for the country.
Now will someone please pass the Dog, the Narcissist-in-Chief is hungry.
AOW,,,
I see a string of two words in your comment that sums this up (for us and America) "no choice" - that is to vote for Romney.
Mikey,,,
I totally agree with every word!
p.s., You are always welcome to write hear but considering your first sentence you should start writing to the NYT, MSLSD, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, POLITICO, the U.S. Senate etc,,,,
