I came across this via Coast to Coast AM who in turn linked to it from WND. There is much speculation as to exactly what it is to and including a hoax. The action/image is very brief starting at the 0:07 mark and over by the 0:08 but played a few times you can clearly see a form most are accustomed to relate to angels.
If a hoax it is a good one being you can also see the reflection of the glow on the floor in both the descent and ascent of this "entity".
I, to the best of my ability managed to get six screen shots within one second of time.
What say you?

I cannot fault you on your disbelief in either medium being much can and has been manipulated with the ever increasing ability to do so with technology.
But with that stated, if I were not of this world and wanted to be seen by many inhabiting it even for a fleeting moment I would surely make good use of this very technology,,,,,,,,,
Honestly, I don't know what to make of this information.
Yes, I DO believe in the existence of angels.
But technology today makes possible innumerable and stupendous special effects.
Why not ...
